[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide as-needed marketing and digital media services including videography, photography and graphic design.
- Provide a variety of photos for a given subjects and location on campus.
- Storyboard and produce video essays for a given topic and provide editing, sound, graphics as needed for complete video presentation of varying lengths and able to reflect distinctly different tone, approach, and styles.
- Articulate work that might include but is not limited to creative design, illustration, layout and consultation topics.
- Secure documented approval for use of photos of students as required.
- Demonstrate understanding of brand guidelines for creation of marketing materials.
- Produce designs, illustrations, layouts, photos, videos or other deliverables within mutually agreed upon deadlines.
- Abide by all university policies and procedures for on campus vendors.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
