[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recruiting services for senior litigation counsel to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- The contractor shall provide all recruiting services necessary to successfully fill a position identified by the attorney general office
- No travel expenses are expected for this service
- The contractor is responsible for all advertising expenses and any other expenses required to fill the position
- The contractor shall provide resumes for review and facilitate any interviews the attorney general office requests
- The attorney general office expects the recruiting services to be provided at a flat Recruitment Fee as specified in 3.7
- At its discretion, the attorney general office may authorize in writing an hourly rate or other method of compensation in lieu of the flat fee, for a specific work assignment
- Recruitment Fee shall only be paid after an acceptable candidate is located to be determined at the attorney general office sole and unfettered discretion and decision accepts the position, and successfully completes 30 days employment with the office of the state attorney general
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
