[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide registry staffing services for the position of behavioral health technicians, registered nurses and licensed practical nurses residents and patients at the hospital to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- supplement existing staffing resources, the Hospital anticipates the need for multiple contractors to ensure an adequate candidate pool is available to meet the needs of the facility
- Provide Registry Services that shall be performed in a thorough and professional manner that conforms to the accepted methods and practices and in strict compliance with all local and state codes, ordinances, laws and policies
- Have a designated staff member available to receive calls, faxes, e-mails and phone messages
- Ensure all Contractor’s employees work through the end of all assigned shifts.
- Ensure no cameras, including cell phones with built-in cameras, are permitted on Hospital property
- Obey all posted speed limits on Hospital grounds, including al Contractor staff and employees
- Immediately notify the Hospital when any of the aforementioned certifications or clearances has lapsed, expired or been otherwise revoked, for a registry staff employee
(2) A pre-offer conference will be held on July 9, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
