[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administration employee medical services for progressive intellectual development and civic engagement, Self-funded medical plan claims processing, utilization management, procedures for handling pended claims, ability to include multiple message codes on each to accurately communicate the resulting charge to the employee, claims administrators have the ability to add free form remarks, identifying and reviewing special medical cases such as medical necessity, experimental procedures, ability to automatically adjudicate claims, managing a smooth transition of a sizable block of business from another claims administrator and ability and willingness to provide reoccurring monthly files to Stephens Insurance and to other third parties, including a data analytics vendor.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 28, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
