[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation analysis and data collection services for support to inform these planning efforts by using mobile device data (cellular, GPS, and location-based services) to answer questions about the transportation system usage for a multi-unit study area to the government authority located in Flagstaff, AZ.
- analyzed at multiple scales (regional, sub-regional, unit, key corridors and key sites) and across diverse geographies and topographies for a defined period of time or an aggregated set of defined time periods that will be defined as the agency works with a consultant to determine what is appropriate for a particular geographic scale
- large text and Excel files, origin-destination matrices, trip records with waypoints, GIS files, models, derived data products from the study, and graphic visualizations that show change over time and space
- focused transportation system that is safe and seamless, enabling high-quality access to essential park unit experiences.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 2, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
