[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide higher education student information system software that include 400+ students per academic year and 2500+ students collectively (past/present/future), Migrate data from pre-existing student data management system to new system, Document management capabilities, Create reports specific to program needs for data analysis and reporting purposes (at will, monthly, quarterly, annual), Create a process for the project in stages from envision/plan, development, stabilization, implementation, training, and follow up w/ detailed information, Scope must be performed in a timely manner that is within the reasonable parameters of the “go live” date (TBD), Annual Webhosting, Maintenance, support for the student information system software and online application.
- Online Application – will require the following User friendly and ADA compatible, Accessibility to student (Mobile, app or desktop), Self-service password reset portal capabilities, Ability to upload documents & review, Ability for students to review status of application, Email notification to students of application updates as it moves through the approval process, E-signatures, Ability for student to print PDF of application and application status, Application IDs, FERPA acknowledgement and Student account set up – user name & password.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 19, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
