(1) Vendor needs to provide repair and upgrade nurse call system of trouble shooting, repair, update operating software of existing nurse call system, perform the trouble shooting, replacement of defective parts, programming of system, upgrade operated software to Window 10, The end product, Nurse Call System must be an entirely functional and reliable system,
- Tracing system wires where needed,
- Furnish and install four consoles that are out of dated,
- Furnish and install fourteen TV control wire to patient station at in-patient area,
- System must meet manufacture specifications,
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
