Vendor needs to provide commercial global network analytic support and liaison services to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.
- Must possess and operate a global network of SCI-cleared personnel in all agencies and countries worldwide with a primary emphasis
- Must have expertise and access to the latest, most capable tools in smart-device-based advertising and commercial analytics
- Must provide access to leading edge social media exploitation through publicly available information programs and capabilities
- movement of a variety of illicitly or illicitly-obtained commodities and operate with a range
of motivations from ideology to economics
- These networks often seek to co-opt, infiltrate, take over and - in some cases - offer competitive alternatives to state governance institutions in order to maintain their freedom of movement operation space and access to supply chains
- Proficiency in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to
support analytical efforts and product development
- Ability to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable
- Select, configure, install, and train on best-in-class, commercial-proprietary social media exploitation and diligence technologies to enable classified Intelligence, Surveillance and
Reconnaissance capabilities, and its ability to prosecute its mission.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
