[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate food services to inmates three times per day, seven days per week, three hundred sixty-five days per year and three hundred sixty-six days during leap years, including restricted diets and holiday meals to the government authority located in Holbrook, AZ.
- Entrée portions are cooked weight
- Corn chips served are weight portions.
- Other food items are volume portions or counts as indicated
- On-site Staffing: Contractor, based upon the information provided herein, is to propose adequate staff to oversee and supervise all aspects of the food service operation.
- Enough staff must be provided at all times to ensure that the terms of this contract are satisfied
(2) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
