[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide development, creation and production of a suite of audio and video public service for distribution on regional television and radio stations, as well as social media applications and public websites. includes:
a) developing themes and messages;
b) content research for conceptual design and script writing;
c) recording audio and video;
d) editing and post-production to complete final deliverables;
e) hiring and coordinating logistics for talent and other supporting staff;
f) delivering final product on digital media (DVD or portable hard drive)
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 25, 2019.
(3) This bid set aside total small business.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
