[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
water to north pressure zones,
- Develop blend scenarios and perform hydraulic modeling analysis to simulate distribution system conditions, including when wells are at high production rates and when water is being delivered to north pressure zones,
- Perform a desktop water quality blend analysis using historical City water quality data,
- Confirm water quality model results with bench testing,
- Provide recommendations to provide stable water quality meeting regulatory requirements and City goals in the distribution system, including treatment procedure modifications and new treatment chemicals/processes that will be integrated with existing City facilities, if needed,
- Provide distribution monitoring system plan for long-term monitoring of distribution system piping changes to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
(2) A pre-submittal meeting will be held on July 22, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
