[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consumer claims administrator services to establish contracts with qualified claims administration firms to distribute consumer restitution for the civil litigation division, consumer protection and advocacy section on an as needed basis.
- Contractor shall be responsible for the design and administration of a claims or payment process, based on the requirements outlined in a court-ordered settlement agreement or judgment, and as directed by the agency
- Review the settlement agreement with key personnel and project staff
- Obtain State consumer data from a relevant third-party vendor
- Publish a notification of claim settlement
- Provide and maintain a settlement-specific website
- Provide web-based consumer claim filing functionality
(2) Contract period will be for one years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
