[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide install, manage, operate, and maintain a network entertainment broadcast system at Phoenix Sky Harbour International Airport to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Provide Network Entertainment to gate hold rooms
- Responsible for providing and installing all necessary equipment
- Programming should be relevant to air travellers
- Programming should include up to 20% local content
- Cannot air footage of commercial aviation crashes, content inappropriate for a family-friendly airport environment, or advertising that does not meet agreed standards
- Audio should automatically adjust to appropriate noise levels
(2) A pre response meeting will be held on October 25, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
