[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parks strategic master plan services for development of the master plan for parks to include a physical inventory and condition assessment of all park assets, review of plans and documents, a public engagement plan, partnership opportunities, development of supply or demand and demographic/trends analysis, current and future community needs assessment, smart parks technology and trends, and maintenance requirement.
(2) A pre-submittal conference will be held on September 4, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 13, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
