[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation consulting services will conduct a Compensation Study to include the following: (1) a review of market information for non-represented classifications already obtained by the City; (2) recommendations for changes to the current non-represented classifications based on the market review; (3) recommendations for employee pay and other equity issues as a result of the market review; (4) recommendations and best practice information on compensation structures for all non-represented classifications including recommendations for placement of employees within those structures to the government authority located in Glendale, AZ.
- Human Resources and Risk Management provides services including labor and employee relations, recruitment, classification and compensation, organization development, employee benefits, and risk management to include workers’ compensation, for all city departments.
(2) A not-mandatory pre-offer conference will be held on August 29, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
