[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic poll books
- The system should allow early ballots to be accepted and processed through election day and should both immediately update voter status on the electronic poll book if an early ballot is accepted, and immediately update voter status on the early ballot acceptance system if a voter casts a ballot at a polling place on election day,
- Voter status shall be transmitted by VPN or secure socket to a central server, and changes in voter status shall be propagated in real time to poll books countywide.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
