[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide early intervention services to support and training in behavioral therapeutic activities and early intervention to pima county childcare professionals and families with state department of child safety client children who have special needs and/or behavioral problems to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Provide early intervention skills and behavioral therapeutic activities to minimize the impact of developmental delays and problem behaviours by children with special needs/behavioral problems
- To be impacted by this service have communication challenges, atypical physical and/or cognitive development, social, emotional and behavioral challenges, etc
- To offer caregivers early intervention skills training and behavioral therapeutic activities to minimize the impact of developmental delay and problem behaviours on children with special needs/behavioral problems
- Accept all cases for service upon receipt of a referral packet from authorized state department of child safety staff
- Identification of and contact information for relevant caregivers
- Client biographical data
- Ability to serve non-English speaking families by being able to speak the language of parent and/or child, especially spanish, american sign language, Arabic, Farsi, and Swahili
- Ability to relate well with families of varied lifestyles, background and ethnicity.
(2) A pre-offer conference will be held on September 26, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
