[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services to develop an economic development strategic plan.
- The Plan will focus on critical goals identified by the City as follows:
• Effective strategy to guide the economic development efforts over the next 5+ years
• Attraction of significant new employment opportunities
• Retail venues
• Medical, Cultural, Recreational, Educational Services
• Tourism Opportunities (Sources of tax revenue)
• Revitalization of the Historic Downtown area
• Infrastructure/Water/Commercial Space constraints built in to plan
(2) A pre proposal conference will be held on September 26, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 7, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
