[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation study to conduct a comprehensive review of its classification and compensation policies, practices, and structures, and assist in the development and implementation of a total reward strategy that would support the growth of the city and provide the competitive edge necessary to compete for highly qualified employees to the government authority located in Flagstaff, AZ.
- Conducted a comprehensive market study to assist in recommendations for pay range width, midpoint progression, and range overlap
- Creation of an established market, also known as benchmark organizations, to use for analysis
- Identification of 26 positions to serve as benchmark positions during market evaluation
- Implementation of standard practices for classification evaluation, such as frequency of annual check-in surveys, market analysis
- Implementation strategy for a market-based classification structure was multi-phasic with the goal of achieving the following results
- Solutions are realistic and sustainable considering the city’s financial condition.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 16, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
