[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital forensic services in the event of an information security breach or disruptive incident, such as a distributed denial of services attack occurring anywhere within the system to the government authority located in Tempe, AZ.
- Collection of evidence in a manner that protects the chain of custody,
- eDiscovery to support legal proceedings,
- Expert witness testimony,
- Provide recommendations of process or system changes to prevent a repeat of the incident,
- Provide comprehensive incident reporting at the conclusion of the incident,
- Provide executive level briefings,
- Ability to provide digital forensic services and examination of computers, mobile devices, tablets, and other digital devices and form factors,
- Ability to identify, acquire, recover, cleanse, mine and securitize electronically stored data,
- Testify in administrative or court proceedings as to the procedures and methods used to obtain data and expert trial testimony as needed.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 11,2019.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
