Government authority located in Yuma, Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for student travel and tour services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide student travel and tour services for education organization to the government authority located in Yuma, AZ.
- The band will travel to London, England for two (2) performance, the first one will be on the evening of December 29, 2019 at Cadogan Hall and the other performance will be January 1, 2020 marching in the New Year’s Day Parade. We are seeking a vendor who has the ability to offer door-to-door service from Phoenix, Arizona to London, England.
- The travel group consists of approximately 100 student band members and approximately 20 chaperones including the band instructor.
(A) The package should include the following:
- Travel by plane, bus and/or train to and from final destination.
- Hotel accommodations to suit requester.
- Meals at hotel or meal vouchers.
- Educational and historic tours
- Ground transportation to and from hotel and planned events.
- Knowledgeable tour guides
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
