(1) Vendor needs to provide IT research, advisory, assessment, verification and validation services to support technology directions with tools, templates, and current analysis to ensure the most effective delivery of essential IT services to State and Co-Op Buyers to the government authority located in Arizona.
- strategic and tactical IT research and advisory information
- online access to studies, best practices, research, vendor and product information and trend analysis, as well as, direct access to analysts for clarification of specific technological and IT business inquiries and guidance
- expert guidance on the existing and potential impact of technology investments
- IT business advice, objective IT research, and IT data that is thematic, prescriptive, and executable, and that provides a comprehensive perspective on the rapidly changing IT environment
- Provide advisory services regarding strategic and tactical planning for customer’s IT policy development
- access to an online database containing IT research articles.
- access to published research reports, white papers, other published documents, and inquiry and executable tools.
- able to do assessment and a complete and comprehensive review of a Customer’s IT department or
the current IT project portfolio.
- Assessment of software and system products and processes during life cycle
- Enhanced operational correctness and product maintainability.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on October 7, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
