[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video interviewing solution services a web-based video interview application for elementary school district.
A. The system should enable users to conduct interviews virtually, where the candidate responds to interview questions on their own via webcam, cell phone or through a live video conference. All video interviews are required to be recorded.
B. The video interviewing program should be web-based, compliant with open browsers such as, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. It should also be compliant with android and iPhone browsers such as Google and Safari.
C. The program should be accessible on Macintosh OSX, Windows 10, Chrome OS and Smartphone Browsers.
D. The system should be able to interface with devices such as iPads, Smart-Phones, PDA's, etc.
E. All interfaces should be 100% web-based.
F. High quality video streaming.
G. Allows collaboration and workflow across decentralized, multiple locations.
H. The program must allow the District all the tools necessary to easily schedule interviews between candidates and hiring personnel.
I. Web based application needs compliant with our network security and troubleshooting provided for any issues.
