[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide code enforcement case management system that is proficient in automating the process of opening cases, scheduling inspections, recording violations and organizing resolutions.
- a key expectation is that the current process will be streamlined through automation and take less time and effort in comparison to the existing system.
- Multiple complainants/contacts per case - Create reports on any system data without the help of IT or vendor support
- Inspectors to quickly and easily work from the field using mobile devices
- ability to search and sort by multiple parameters such as date, inspector, address, area, type, status, etc
- Assign a case to an inspector - defaulted to an inspector based on the case type
- Reassign a case to a different inspector
- Automatically track user/date/time of data entry from initiation to close for audit and performance purposes
- Alley Maintenance cases to track dates postcards, courtesy letters and final notices were sent
- Ability to approve cases for removal prior to action
- System should create most efficient driving route and directions for all selected properties
- Create a new case from a calendar view, map view or search results if no case exists - able to differentiate case types
- Ability to use speech recognition, dictation for entering data
- Data should be available in real time whether in the field or in the office
- Allow staff to create reports or graphs on any system data without the help of IT or Vendor support
- Allow reports to redact any information not suitable for public viewing
- capability to support operational processing without impacting decision support
- ability to add data items to the product without affecting previously existing data or processes
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 12, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
