[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation demand management platform solution to replace the current legacy software ShareTheRide web application and mobile app and to implement a solution to meet existing gaps and future growth as new mobility services emerge,
- The new transportation demand management platform must be robust and scalable to provide a “one-stop” TDM Platform bringing convenience, time, and accessibility to the mobility user through door-to-door, multi-modal trip planning and travel reduction program management,
- Trip planning and ride matching: web application and mobile device app for trip planning / ride matching to view most efficient transportation options, route details, walking and biking partners.
transportation modes include: public transit, peer to peer ride-share,
- Trip Tracking: Tracks and validate users commute trips and assist with efforts for TRP Employers to streamline record keeping for employees, and user participation for specific contests and challenges,
- Travel reduction program management: tracks TRP Employers who choose to use the TRP tool to streamline record keeping and employee participation,
- Gamification for alternative transportation: ability to create contests, challenges, awards, pledges to increase engagement to reduce single occupancy vehicle commute trips,
- Sponsorship Management and Marketing: Tracks Sponsor’s to request donations for contest, challenges and competition rewards for alternative mode users
- Grant Reporting: Provides metrics for support of users and stats on alternative transportation usage, reduction of carbon footprint, fuel savings, NTD reporting.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 13, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
