[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online payments and childcare management system should be able to process the following.
- Tax credit donations.
- Registration Fees such as Early Entry Kindergarten evaluations.
- Facility use payments.
- Printing Service payments.
- Student Activities such as field trips.
- Health insurance COBRA payments.
- Childcare Management System payments
- Food Service payments for students and employees
• The software solution should: -
• Track enrollment for preschool, before and after school, break and summer camp programs, provide rosters, class lists and attendance reports.
• Create invoices, track payments, and create statements and other financial reports.
• Offer online sign in capability for parents/guardians and offer online enrollment for multiple programs.
• Be able to handle multiple discounts for various programs.
• Send reminder notifications via text message and/or email to notify parents of upcoming or past due payments.
• Provide printable sign in/out sheets required that meet the requirements for ADHS.
• Provide secure payment options for online, automatic, mobile and in person with ability to add/update auto pay.
• Online emergency and contact list report for each participant/student.
• Support forms that the parents can fill in and /or sign online to acknowledge receipt of the policies and handbook. Ability to upload/track documentation as part of the childcare licensing requirements and the registration process.
• Ability to track staff schedules and licensing compliance status.
• Allow the provider to open a new program while leaving current programs open.
• Provide a customer support system that is easily available, responds promptly and has staff able to describe solutions in clear and simple terms.
- For Parents:
- Integrated web payment abilities with a link on the District's website.
- Emails payment notices.
- Be User friendly.
- Have a software interface that simple and easy to use
- Provides accounting and payment collection in a single, easy to use system.
- Payment information available to parents or tax credit donors by credit or debit cards, via Internet.
- Online Portal available.
- Mobile App.
- Provide a customer support system that is easily available, responds promptly and has staff able to describe solutions in clear and simple terms.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 8, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
