Vendor needs to provide preschool educational services for blind or visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing, and deafblind children to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- preschool services using whole child approach in all areas of development. Services
must be individualized based on the unique needs of the student and reflected in the Individual
Education Program
- Review previous assessments; obtain information from audiologists, otolaryngologists,
ophthalmologists, optometrist and/ or neurologists
- Complete formal and informal assessments bi-annually.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
