[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide grant writing services to assist city staff in researching, writing, and/or preparing grant applications, in the following categories economic development, head start, homelessness, housing, low-income individuals and families services, neighbourhood services, victim support services, workforce development to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Grant Writing Services may include reviewing grant application guidelines and, in writing, identifying tasks to be completed, by whom, and by what dates, attending and coordinating partner collaboration meetings to support the grant application process, attending applicable pre-submittal grant webinars/workshops and providing city staff with summaries of the discussions, establishing deadlines for completing the: 1) initial draft grant application for city staff’s review; and 2) the revised draft grant application reflecting city staff’s edits, engaging in creative strategizing for project development, reviewing information provided by the city and/or partner agencies, interviewing city staff and/or partner agency staff, and researching information, writing specific sections of a grant application (to be identified in each solicitation), which may include program background information, program description, program performance standards, program evaluation, non-grant funding to be leveraged, city and/or partner agency capacity to administer
grant, and a budget with supporting narrative details, conducting necessary research, such as population statistics or demographic information, to support the grant application.
(2) A pre-submittal meeting will be held on January 23, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 27, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
