[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide operating fund investment advisor consultant services to the government authority located in Tempe, AZ.
- Accept fiduciary responsibility for provision of services to university operating fund, annual review of asset allocation including a review and assessment of the underlying capital market assumptions, annual review of the investment policy statement, and assistance drafting any necessary revisions, provide an independent alert to any impending risks that may affect the fund, on-going monitoring of investment managers particularly with regard to consistency of investment style, organizational stability, and performance. review guidelines for new and existing managers, benchmarks, and recommend and assist in implementing revisions as necessary, assist with contract and fee negotiations for investment managers, custodians, and consultants, provide quarterly analyses of the performance of each investment manager as well as for the fund’s assets as a whole. provide a sample report for one of your firm’s clients that is structured similar to the university operating fund, conduct investment manager searches as necessary, review rfp responses with university staff to identify qualified candidates, attend manager search due diligence meetings, should university staff determine there is a need for a new custodian, consultant will assist in identifying potential candidates and provide guidance to university in evaluating and selecting a new custodian, assigned investment professionals will attend up to four (4) investment committee meeting per year, assigned investment professionals will be reasonably available to respond to university staff inquiries from time to time related to investment advisory services, consultant will provide university staff and investment committee members with investment related educational information through periodic reports and publications.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 05, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
