[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide wide area network and internet access services to support existing and
anticipated instructional and administrative needs of the district between the district office locations and the campuses identified in the specifications below to the government authority located in Flagstaff, AZ.
- Identify the cost for all non-recurring expenses, including but not limited to construction of conduit, trenching, campus assessment, engineering, project management, documentation, contingency, installation, configuration, travel, taxes, etc.
- Contract must allow for upgrades to quoted bandwidths.
- The proposed network must support Quality of Service.
- The proposed network must support a Service Level of 99.99% uptime.
- The proposed network must include a 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring and trouble notification service.
- A monthly report on trouble tickets must be provided.
- The proposal must state what the Offeror’s policy and procedure for escalation of unresolved trouble tickets.
(2) The contract term will be five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
