[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending account administration and consolidated omnibus budget reconciliation act administration services to provide employees and former employees FSA and COBRA experiences that are seamless, accurate, effectual and timely.
- City will provide electronic participation file feed weekly; direct participant questions to Flex rap Administrator; coordinate with the contractor of any audits, reviews, and data collection; have financial authority to decide all questions, including any exception requests; assume sole responsibility to comply with its obligations, and the contractor will not warrant, represent, or imply that the continued coverage provided by the city constitutes any legal obligation of the city; and review, approve and submit any contractor invoices for payment.
- COBRA is currently administered by a third-party administrator.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 09, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 11, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
