[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fully insured contracts and plan administration services.
- Provide benefits and/or benefit related services, which equate as closely as possible to the current plans for employees and their dependents.
- Adhere to industry standards in the delivery of benefits and services.
- Ability and willingness to provide an Explanation of Benefits for all DPPO services.
- Cooperate with the Client's staff.
- Provide timely and accurate monthly management reports in order for the Client to monitor financial and service level performance. Such reports must include the following information:
- Monthly enrollment, paid claims, premiums.
- Annual utilization report.
- Year-end report that includes results compared to performance metrics for any performance guarantees your firm is proposing.
- Accept electronic 834 eligibility files from the Client and provide on-line eligibility maintenance by the Client staff.
- Provide ID cards.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than March 18, 2020.
(3) The term of contract will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
