[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide property and evidence management system including software,barcode/rfid/other tracking hardware, supplies and services including installation, customization/optimization topcso specifications/needs, training, remote access and on-site support as required.
- system must allow security to be adjusted at multiple levels to restrict access to case number, case type, and individual file
• system must provide an audit trail log file that cannot be altered that includes tracking of the following for evidence management
- users attempting to or accessing the system or file, and from what location
- actions performed (acquire, view, modify, enhance, export, etc.)
- changes to access control levels
- updates to any chain of custody
- any movement of physical evidence assets within the evidence storage areas
- any time the evidence asset has been scanned
- all audit trail items must be securely time stamped audit trail log must be stored and indexed in a searchable database
- other logs required by cjis.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April7, 2020.
