[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide work order and asset management solution to implement new ancillary solutions including a mobile solution, real time scheduling, contractor web portal, business intelligence and analytics, and work management scheduling.
- To support WSD’s asset management program, the WSD relies on three main application tools: Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Geographical Information System (GIS), and Granite.net software to log Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) sewer inspections. Currently, the Oracle Work and Asset Management (WAM) system has been implemented as the CMMS and a customized Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) GISbased application (WATERNET) is used to meet the GIS need. These three tools allow WSD to track and document work activities on each asset. The data is then analyzed for work efficiency improvement and current asset health and performance. WSD will also use the data to forecast the asset’s end of life and rehabilitation cycle to improve the capital improvement program budgeting process.
(2) A pre-offer conference will be held on April 03, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 10, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
