Government Authority located in Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for direct service claims for Medicaid reimbursement.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide direct service claims for Medicaid reimbursement, services shall demonstrate a commitment to pursue the full claims potential of the health-related services provided by agency personnel, both employees and contracted personnel, the system shall track any billable services with the school based Medicaid claiming program, develop and submit a time schedule for: frequency of training, timeliness of responses, and length of time from receipt of provider documentation to reimbursement check being issued to school district.
- Services will submit error-free claims to Medicaid and generate a report for each billing cycle and additional reports upon request, and provide services to research denied claims and reconciliation of all Medicaid remittances in coordination with the District.
- The electronic system must be able to accept electronic data file for billing from web-based student database Internet Explorer 7 (password protected) or higher and Synergy including students, staff and all other necessary Special Education information located within the two databases on a regular basis. In other words, there shall be no manual data entry of information that already exists within one of these systems.
- The system shall be capable of tracking the following billable services: • Evaluations and Assessment • Counseling Services • Nursing Services • Behavioral Health Services • Occupational Therapy • Physical Therapy • Audiology • Speech Therapy • Psychological Services • Special Transportation • Health Aides • Free Care Services – any new services provided under the Free Care Program, the system shall track any billable services with the Arizona School Based Medicaid Claiming Program.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
