[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits for the purpose of consulting services for insurance and other employee benefits for the district of 526 employees receiving benefits and 34 retirees and COBRA eligible that are legislated or re-interpreted,
- Provide guidelines on issues related to 403b plans, COBRA, HIPPA, FMLA, ADA and related compliance issues,
- The consultant shall advice and counsel the district in all matters, related to employee insurance benefits, including dental, life, vision, short term disabilities, employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts and health saving accounts, etc.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
