Government Authority located in Chinle, Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for CISCO unified call manager and CISCO VOIP support and services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide CISCO unified call manager and CISCO VOIP support and services to the government authority located in Chinle, AZ.
- Troubleshoot and repair all CISCO devices at agency and health centers.
- Provide estimated times for repair and replacement at agency and health centers.
- Provide Point of Contact.
- Provide Lead Engineer and contact information.
- Provide Engineer with CCIE or CCNP in VOIP, CUCM, NETWORKING, and WIRELESS.
- Vendor shall be a Premier Certified Partner of CISCO.
- Provide afterhours support with up to 4 hr respond call time.
- Quick response to accidental outages caused by contractor onsite personnel.
- Provide testing of equipment after repair.
- Provide detailed invoice of actual hours worked and travel times (if applicable).
(2) This bid is set aside for buy Indian.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
