- Constituent knowledge and insights for the university: qualitative research, quantitative research, television ad testing, secondary research/syndicated reports, or data analytic services. Successful suppliers will provide timely and valid reports that adhere to the needs, standards and specifications of State University and its constituent units on an as-needed, per project basis.
- State University Clients: to align marketing efforts throughout the enterprise.
- Marketing Leadership: to raise the prestige of and affinity for State University.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
