[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional insurance consultant to the government authority located in Fort Defiance, AZ.
- The consultant to provide a comprehensive insurance plan to include executive summary, organization plan, marketing plan, financial plan, strategic plan for the self-insurance program to meet the minimum requirements of the department rules and regulations and any new rules, which govern the insurance of tribal housing under the IHBG program.
- Advise the feasibility of including subsidiary such as an economic development initiative that may venture such as a for-profit company.
- Analyze to include review of pertinent in-house claims policies and procedures, actuarial report, premium schedule, staff trainings and skills, risk information management system for claims administration.
- Review broker services, insurance excess coverage, third party, and retention levels for coverage to ensure appropriate coverages.
- Code of federal regulations for reference.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2020
