[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits, workers compensation and health and safety programs services to market insurance coverage that the Town deems is in its best interest.
- Develop a complete understanding of the Town’s benefit programs and their objectives for both
the short- and long-term. It is intended that the broker be an interactive piece of this strategic
planning process
- analysis on claims experience and overall financial plan performance, and a recommendation for premium rates for the upcoming plan year.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
