[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community energy resilience, analysis, planning, and support service for face of increasing climate risk is important not only for the health and economic vitality of the service territory, but also central to the feasibility of long-term decarbonization which necessitates widespread electrification to the government authority located in Arizona.
- ability to mitigate, withstand or recover quickly from disruptions in the availability of energy via centralized energy infrastructure
- develop a regional plan for energy resilience that will guide SVCE, our member agencies, and other stakeholders in our individual and collective actions to improve regional energy resilience
- review available and emerging technology solutions that support energy resilience
- subtask will build off the findings of the two previous subtasks to develop a set of timebound recommendations for increasing regional energy resilience across territory.
(2) A pre-proposal teleconference will be held on July 30, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
