[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services on a weekly basis to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.
- Cleaning Services to include restrooms, kitchen, offices, lobby, conference rooms, general, training center, EMS office, fleet services, and warehouse.
- Clean all office glass.
- Dust shelves, tops of partitions, tops of pictures, vents and AC registers.
- Dust window ledges and blinds.
- Dust office shelves.
- Clean baseboards, carpet edges and corners.
- Remove spots from carpeted areas.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 7, 2020.
(3) The term of contract will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
