(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation consulting and sign data collection services for road sign inventory and visual nighttime retro reflectivity inspection of warning, regulatory and street name signs to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 1, 2016.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
