Government Authority located in Phoenix, Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for electronic waste recycling services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic waste recycling services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Able to provide services for all six locations, on-call basis
- Contractor is responsible for supplying storage items ex: pallets and Gaylord boxes
- Contract is responsible for managing palletizing, segregating and loading of the collected electronics
- Electronic waste will be placed in the Gaylord boxes and surrounding designated storage
area by residents
- Transfer Station Attendant will call for pickup once storage area is full
- Contractor shall provide a list of accepted or unaccepted items for collection
- Contractor shall provide a manifest to certify computer components or other equipment processed
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 24, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
