Vendor needs to provide professional development registration and course management software.
- This request outlines the features, technical considerations, and designs of a custom Professional Development Registration and Course Management Software for West-MEC.
- 1. Provide a public site where users can view, register, and track PD courses offered by West-MEC.
a. Create multiple kinds of users (employee, member district, out of district and business anchor) - a profile with name, birth month & day (to avoid creating duplicate accounts), email, certification expiration date, district/business/organization name, program, etc. Ability to update this information. Required fields/optional fields.

b. Registration setup checkboxes for personal interests? (i.e. technology, recreation, instruction, CTSO, industry credential, etc.) This could help aid in the discussion for future offerings and aid in targeted marketing to specific interests.
2. Provide logged-in users with the ability to:
a. View upcoming course. (registered/paid/attended)
b. View/Print course history and pdf certifications.
c. Register for upcoming courses. Print registration confirmation. Show what courses the person is registered for when logged in. Cannot register for the same class twice.
d. Payment options:
1. credit card (no refund notice)
2. print invoice for future payment
3. Monthly subscription auto pay – business anchors
e. Cancel upcoming courses.
f. Leave course feedback/reviews/evaluations
g. Upload course homework and receive feedback and status.
h. Allow the participant to add a guest name & email on a specific event.
i. Add a course to the participant’s calendar link/button.
j. SAML integration
