Government Authority located in Phoenix, Arizona; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for instant ticket dispensers and play centres lottery services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide instant ticket dispensers and play centres lottery services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Instant Ticket Dispensers display lottery tickets in a manner that will promote ticket sales,
provide for a secure means to store tickets while they are not being displayed, and allow for a
convenient way for retailers to load and dispense tickets.
- Play Centers are free-standing, molded plastic, moveable stations with a writing surface that a
player at a retailer location can use to complete play slips or scratch instant game tickets.
- The Lottery purchases Instant Ticket Dispensers and Play Centers and then distributes them to
retailer locations state-wide. - The Lottery may request a sample of Instant Ticket Dispensers or Play Centers be supplied at the
Contractor’s expense, especially when new products are made available or before ordering a
new product.
- Contractor shall also supply accessories and replacement parts for Instant Ticket Dispensers and
Play Centers.
- Contractor must offer a wide variety of Instant Ticket Dispensers and Play Centers.
- The dispensers should be capable of multiple configurations: countertop, under counter,
hanging, stacked, etc., and easily connected and disconnected (interlocking) from each other.
- The dispensers should be capable of being secured to a surface.
- The dispensers shall utilize a clear front to provide customers with a full view of the displayed
instant ticket games.
- The dispensers must provide a locking mechanism for each dispensing unit to ensure instant
ticket security while still allowing for convenience in distributing and restocking tickets.
- Play Center Requirements: -
- Play centres must include slots or sections to display and distribute informational materials, play
slips, and pencils.
- Contractor shall make available play centres that provide a working surface option compliant
with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- With each order, the Lottery will specify which color and graphic designs/branding identification
will be used for the play centres.
- The Lottery will provide the graphic designs to be used on the play centres in a mutually agreed
upon format.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
