[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.
- Miscellaneous Receipts Account: All 39 schools use this account to make their non-Food Service deposits. The high school deposits are taken every week to the cash vault via an armored car service. The other schools take their deposits to the local branch directly. A check is written once every week to transmit the balance to the County Treasurer. Average monthly deposits are $4 million,
- Food Services Account: Deposits are made on a daily basis from 39 schools, The Food Services Department consolidates the coin deposits and sends all the deposits to the cash vault via an armored car service. A check is written once every week to transmit the balance to the County Treasurer,
- District Revolving Account: The District has a revolving account for emergency purposes with an imprest amount of $10,000,
- Athletic Revolving Accounts (5): There are five athletic revolving accounts in the District. Each one has an imprest amount of $4,000,
- Payroll Clearing Account: The District has a payroll clearing account that is used for automated clearinghouse transactions,
- Accounts Payable Clearing Account: The District has an accounts payable account that is used to pay some vendors by EFT. Checks are written each week to Commerce Bank and the vendors draw funds down from a Commerce Bank account.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
