[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide redistricting consultant services to serve as advisor to the city in-house redistricting team throughout the redistricting process to the government authority located in Peoria, AZ.
- Actively monitor the entire redistricting process.
- Creation of a project plan along with a realistic and detailed timeline.
- Provide in-person briefing to the city council on the redistricting process and legalities.
- Conduct specialized demographic and statistical analysis of existing districts and those created by the redistricting team to ensure legal compliance.
- Assist the team with public outreach strategies and implementation.
- Host technology for citizen map development and public feedback.
- The consultant will analyze the city's demographics according to the united states 2020 decennial census data and develop not less than three proposals for the city, which is divided into six election districts, for the purpose of forming new city council districts based on the united states 2020 decennial census.
- The consultant will be required to provide the master forms and materials for redistricting kits for citizen use and shall contain at a minimum: city maps, current district maps, general population parameters for new districts, and estimated population within existing districts to allow for citizen submittal of proposed districts.
- The consultant shall work with the Information Technology Department to provide citizens the ability to redraw district lines through the means of interactive maps and submit the proposed districts and comments electronically.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
