[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide design and production for city magazine to the government authority located in Casa Grande, AZ.
- To design and print the 3rd edition of ‘A Growing Horizon’ magazine as well as provide a digital version of the magazine,
- to create literature that promotes the community, projects, and achievements of the City,
- produce ‘A Growing Horizon’ magazine with the City of having no less than 70% of available space to do promotions, while the successful firm will have no more than 30% of the available space for advertising of economic development. The production of the publication will come at no cost to the City and the successful firm’s profits for this project will be obtained solely through ad sales,
- Designs and concepts for the following subjects that will be included in the publication: Education, Maps of the area surrounding, Hiking, Quality of Life, Healthcare, Local Industry and Transportation,
- Any and all advertising space will be secured by personnel of the successful firm and under the direct supervision of the City. All advertisers must be in good standing with the City and the City reserves the right to reject any advertisement that does not meet the standards or the direction of the publication.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
