- The CBT program focuses on meeting the needs of students with moderate, severe, and multiple disabilities - working with non-readers to low-level readers (Pre-K through 1st grade). Students in this program also require a total modification of the general education curriculum. The courses include academic instruction, but they emphasize those functional skills that will be needed to live as independently and productively as possible in school, vocational, recreational, and community settings. The CBT program also includes students who are medically fragile who use sensory, tactile, and visual means to access the general education.
